Commercial Litigation Solicitor - NQ+
Location: Exeter
We have been instructed on a fantastic new opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor that has undertaken a seat in Commercial Litigation to join the highly-ranked Dispute Resolution team of a Top 50 firm with an office in Exeter.
As part of this team, you would be involved with contentious matters including (but not limited to): fraud claims, breaches of commercial contracts, health & care sector disputes, banking and technology disputes, professional negligence/insurance disputes, contentious trust and probate matters, and domestic and international arbitration and mediation plus other forms of alternative dispute resolution. The work is of the highest quality in the region and is incredibly broad, making for a varied and exciting caseload.
