I have had an exciting instruction from a leading Partner who is seeking 2x Grade B Clinical Negligence Solicitor's to join their clinical negligence team based in central Birmingham.

The Team:
As the leading clinical and medical negligence law firm in the UK, they have extensive experience in clinical negligence claims arising from obstetric, neonatal, anaesthetic, neurosurgical, cardiac and psychiatric care.

Their solicitors have years of experience making a variety of medical negligence cases including but not limited to:

• Accident & Emergency claims
• Cancer claims
• Cerebral Palsy claims
• GP negligence claims

Job Description:

You'll provide quality legal advice to the firm's clients by appropriate supervision and training and managing your very own caseload from the offset. The Partner has expertise in a range of medical law work including cases against hospitals, GPs and other health professionals. Handling many fatal cases in which they represents family members at coroner's inquests

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take instructions from clients and give legal advice.
• Opportunity to manage own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases.
• Review cases and other relevant matters with supervisor to ensure quality legal advice is provided.

The Candidate:

• You will be 3-6 PQE with a Medical Negligence background
• Highly organised
• Commercial awareness
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
