Family Solicitor (Senior Associate) – Birmingham – £60,000 - £70,000
Are you a Family Solicitor seeking to join a reputable firm Birmingham City Centre? A great role has arisen for a Family Solicitor (senior associate level) on a full-time permanent basis. The role can offer some form of hybrid working, free on-site parking, fabulous new offices in a key location in central Birmingham and the ability to progress to Director level!
This firm is still fairly young, but their reputation has gone from strength to strength. The firm are known for having a great staff retention rate, brilliant support for their fee earners by way of legal assistants and paralegals along with the bonus of a managing director who is hands on.
You will be given the opportunity to work on diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters to include divorce, finances, and child arrangements. The firm offer a bonus scheme of 10% of anything billed above target which tends to be 3 x salary. The firm offer free parking along with the ability to work from home a day each week. Your role will also involve assisting more junior members of the team where necessary.
