THE ROLE
As a Pre-Litigation file handler, it is not necessary for you to have experience within credit hire and this therefore is the perfect opportunity to progress your career and begin file handling. You will be responsible for your own case load, which will include credit hire, however, you will also be exposed to suspected fraud, liability investigations and bodily injury investigations.
You will be offered quality work, great progression and support throughout. The ideal candidate will be looking to take their career to the next level. Applications are also open to Paralegals with litigation experience, this is not necessary but advantageous.
