Catastrophic Injury CILEx / Paralegal

Rare and exciting opportunity for a Chartered Legal Executive / Senior Paralegal to join a highly acclaimed Personal Injury team in central Bristol.

Duties will include:

Assisting senior colleagues on catastrophic injury cases;For the more experienced role, coaching and mentoring less experienced team membersManaging a caseload - the value of which will depend on experience;

The successful candidates need to have previous experience of running their own caseload of brain and spinal injury cases within personal injury and a proven ability to deal with all aspects of litigation, from the issue of proceedings through to trial. For the more experienced position,

The successful candidates will be required to work from our Bristol office up to 2 days a week. On the days that they are not working in the Bristol office, they will be working from home.

This role can be full time or part time (minimum of 21 hours per week).

Salary on offer is £30,000 - £55,000 coupled with excellent benefits.
