Corporate / Transactional Paralegal - Elite Law Firm - London.

Taylor Root is currently working with an Elite Law firm headquartered in Central London, who are looking for an experienced Corporate / Transactional paralegal to join their specialist corporate team on a permanent basis in their London office.

The firm is synonymous within the legal market as being one of the best International Law Firms for its reach, high quality work, and an international client base. Our client acts for listed and private companies, banks and financial services, PE houses and HNWI across varied industries. The team provides support on range of expertise such as M&A, IPO's, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital.

The role itself will be working closely and supporting on Private Equity and Corporate buyer and seller due diligence, legal research, assisting with commercial contracts and reporting on corporate matters. This is broad range of tasks and is not limited to the list, you will also be required to carry out ad hoc paralegal duties.

The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced paralegal who has previous experience working on corporate transactional matters, this also includes anyone coming from a finance background.

The hiring preference for this role is candidates who are coming from another top private practice law firm, however those coming from an inhouse background will still be considered.
