Residential Conveyancer

Sellick Partnership are working exclusively with a well-established firm who are looking for a Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor to join their Residential Property team immediately. The Residential Conveyancer will be based in the firms Skelmersdale office.

Responsibilities include:

• Acting on sales and acquisitions
• Lettings for landlord and tenant
• Property management
• Property finance

The successful Residential Conveyancer will have flexible working options, as well as the opportunity to work with an deticated firm on a long term locum basis. The successful Residential Conveyancer will also be offered a competitive hourly rate.
