Trademark Paralegal - International Law Firm - Central London.

Taylor Root have just been instructed on an exciting new Trademark Paralegal position, working for an international law firm in their excellent IP practice. They are looking for an experienced candidate who has extensive Trademark experience either in a paralegal position or administrative / formalities position. This role is a permanent contract and is offering a hybrid working situation.

Our client's IP practice is known globally for combining lawyers who have market-leading expertise, with a relentless passion for Trademarks, Brands and Brand protection. Having created a successful image of helping protect their clients IP portfolio with pioneering technology, the firm has attracted some of the most well-known household names to their client list, a list you will have the chance to work with if successful in your application.

As a Trademark Paralegal, your role and responsibilities will include case portfolios status reports, conducting basic trademark searches such as proprietor searches, assisting with the review of trademark reports, undertaking online checks, and gathering evidence for opposition in prosecution matters. This list is not extensive and other responsibilities will be undertaken.

The successful Trademark Paralegal is likely to have at least 6 months previous experience, either in a paralegal or formalities position dealing directly with trademarks or brand protection. The hiring preference for this role is candidates who are coming from another top private practice law firm or specialist IP Law firm, however those coming from an inhouse background will still be considered.
