Residential Conveyancer - Loughborough
My client is a very well-regarded full-service law firm with offices across Leicestershire. They are looking to expand their successful and modern conveyancing department with the hire of an experienced and ambitious residential conveyancer (solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or fee earner).
You'll be joining a close knit, friendly and modern team with a law firm that prides itself on excellent client service and building long standing relationships across the region. You'll have responsibility for your own caseload of conveyancing transactions which you'll handle from instruction through to completion (including sale and purchase, leasehold and freehold, registered, and unregistered titles, new build work and have the opportunity to deal with some small-scale development work).
There exists genuine opportunities to progress long term within this reputable team. You'll have exposure to high quality, non/low volume work and be able to work flexibly/agile.
On offer is a competitive salary in line with your previous conveyancing experience.
