Restructuring solicitor. A restructuring solicitor is offered the opportunity to secure a position within the Birmingham offices of a leading UK law firm. This a Legal 500 and Chamber ranked team that routinely works on some of the most complex and high profile restructuring matters in the UK.
The role
- To work in one the UKs leading restructuring teams;
- To advise high profile clients on complex and high profile restructuring matters;
- To work with colleagues in Birmingham and in the wider national team;
- To play an active role in networking activities.
Applications sought from
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales;
- Post qualified experience gained advising on restructuring matters;
- Experience will include working with banking clients;
- Likely to be 3+ years' PQE;
- Keen to work in a successful and growing team.
