Corporate Commercial Solicitor – This large, top tier Kent firm who are mentioned in Chambers and ranked by Legal 500 have asked us to find them a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team.
About the Role
Joining a highly successful team, they are now looking for a 2-6 PQE Solicitor with previous experience of managing a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, acting for small businesses and start-ups through to large corporate clients. They provide advice on Joint ventures, establishing business’s, mergers & acquisitions, disposals, corporate governance, commercial contracts and E-commerce and IT.
