The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Real Estate Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The Legal 500 ranked Real Estate team are widely recognised for their strengths in high-value investment transactions and complex development work for national housebuilders, regional developers & local authorities across the leisure, industrial, logistics & charity sectors
• As such, you will manage a diverse caseload, including acquisitions & disposals, landlord & tenant, redevelopments and portfolio management
• As a Partner, you will also oversee the expansion of the department, playing a pivotal role in business development & management of the wider team

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
