Company Commercial Solicitor - This highly regarded regional law firm with an outstanding reputation is now looking for a further Company Commercial Solicitor to join their commercial team at their West Kent office.
About the Role
Joining a highly experienced and successful team, you will be tasked with managing your own caseload as well as assisting senior lawyers on more complex matters. You will be delivering a comprehensive range of legal services to clients; that will include acquisitions & disposals of businesses, shareholder agreements, option agreements, joint ventures, commercial contracts, distribution agreements and general terms & conditions.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for Solicitors with 2-4 years PQE and who are competent individuals with a solid background in commercial matters, gained from a City or similar sized practice. You will need to be diligent with attention to detail, organised and able to use initiative.
