The Role:

You will join the firm's flourishing Residential Property team as a Senior Solicitor, in their Leeds office.

The team handles a broad range of complex and high-quality Residential Property matters, including sales & purchase, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and lease extensions. Working on behalf of high profile and high net worth client base, you will gain exposure to complex and high-value transactions which will offer a platform to develop your technical skills and progress your career.

The Residential Property department is led by a heavy-hitting team of entrepreneurial Partners who offer a wealth of knowledge and experience to learn from. The Partners are always open to new ideas so that they stay ahead of the curve, and you will find that everyone has a voice. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior team members, assisting in their growth and development as your leadership responsibilities increase on your journey to Partnership.

Requirements:

• You will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least five years' experience within Residential Property (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong background in transactional Residential Property work including sales & purchase, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and lease extensions
• Strong relationship building skills with both clients and colleagues
• Able to undertake marketing and business development to contribute to profitability
• Enjoy working in a fast pace environment
