Debt Recovery/ Insolvency Paralegal

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Debt recovery/ Insolvency Paralegal to join our client's top legal 500 firm in Preston.

This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to work alongside an experienced partner on a range of high value and complex debt recovery/insolvency cases. There is therefore ample scope for skill development and career progression within this role.

Main duties will include - but may not be limited to - the following:

• working alongside other solicitors, partners, and paralegals within the debt recovery team
• having direct communication with clients, third-party professionals opponents and/or their legal representatives
• helping to prepare court documentation including claim forms, requests for judgment and court enforcement
• legal research and preparing legal updates
• taking instructions from clients
• using the Firm's case management systems
• taking the lead on files and cases, as well as assisting colleagues
