A popular regional firm are seeking to hire a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor for one of their offices in North Yorkshire. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with agile working options available.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The successful candidate will have a great amount of flexibility to make the role their own and will be able to work on:

- Property and Land disputes;
- Commercial and Residential Landlord and Tenant work;
- Contentious Trust & Probate and Inheritance Act claims;
- Professional Negligence work;
- Partnership disputes;
- Agricultural disputes;
- Company and shareholder disputes;
- Contract and consumer disputes;
- Commercial contract/Franchise disputes;
- Negligence disputes;
- Building & Construction disputes;

This is a highly varied role and will require someone who is adaptable and can work collaboratively with different teams

ABOUT YOU

- A strong range of solid Litigation experience - ideally 3-5 years PQE but this is flexible
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to build new and long lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to manage a highly diverse workload
- A positive, commercial approach to delivering legal advice
