Chadwick Nott have received instruction for an ambitious Senior Associate looking for their next step in their career to join a leading 'Top 100' law firm in their dispute resolution team. Tier 1 ranked by both Chambers and Legal 500 directories the team has the reputation of being a premier litigation department in Wales and beyond.

The successful candidate can expect to act on a broad and wide variety of property related disputes for local and national Government; PLC developers and housebuilders; Social Housing Providers; third sector organisations; pension funds; utilities companies; landlords; and occupiers. You will be involved in every stage of the process, resolving complex disputes by means of mediation, negotiation, arbitration and litigation.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 7 years' experience with a background in commercial litigation, focusing on property related disputes.

You will play an active role in business development and networking as well as supervising and supporting trainees and less experienced Solicitors.
