Credit Hire Paralegal - This recruitment project is designed to attract candidates with a sound knowledge of pre-lit credit hire matters and the MOJ Portal though hiring managers will also consider candidates with general case handling experience.

This is a well-established team advising all manner of insurer clients. The team is looking to attract candidates at all levels.
In particular, this is an exciting role for anyone with knowledge of the pre-litigated credit hire process. Part of the role involves assessing credit hire cases which have been red-flagged due to suspected fraud or other issues on the file, such as possible inflated charges or other issues which require further analysis and investigation.
As a result, you will gain excellent technical skills in critical thinking and technically investigating files of up to £25,000 in terms of value. The role also involves fantastic ongoing training and affords candidates excellent transferable qualities as you progress.
