The Company:
Pure Search are working with a fast growing and entrepreneurial technology business seeking a lawyer for its Dublin team. (remote working considered)
The Role:
Responsibilities will include:
- Negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements including software/procurement/IT/outsourcing contracts
- Other legal work such as Data protection
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders
About You:
You will be a qualified lawyer (Circa 4 years plus PQE) with solid law firm background and credentials. Candidates from both a corporate or commercial background will be considered. Furthermore, applicants are expected to be excellent communicators and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
