THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor c2 - 5 PQE
As a key member of a highly regarded international legal department, you will be advising on, negotiating, and drafting commercial contracts for a wide range of services
The core areas of work will cover; data/software contracts, outsourcing agreements, NDAs, client agreements and amendments for new products and customers, vendor agreements, software license agreements, standard terms of business, and intra group agreements.

THE CANDIDATE
You will have a solid commercial contracts background, ideally with experience gained in the financial services, commercial, or technology sectors
You will enjoy working in a business facing role, with the confidence and technical skills to manage processes from start to finish
