PLANNING SOLICITOR/ ASSOCIATE - CARDIFF - GLOBAL FIRM
An award winning, high ranked firm - this is a very exciting opportunity to join a specialist team in South Wales.
They are looking for a candidate who has between NQ - 3 years' PQE to join their Planning team. This team provides expert advice in promotion of some of the most high-profile development projects in the UK. This includes nationally significant infrastructure projects and residential-led urban regeneration projects, predominantly acting for private clients. You must already have some experience of planning Law.
The role you undertake at this firm will be extremely varied ranging from quick advice on straightforward planning issues to advising on high-profile and contentious infrastructure projects, negotiation of complex development agreements, attending planning inquiries and assisting on huge corporate projects.
The right candidate will be versatile, with a positive approach and an ability to hold a commercially-minded perspective. They will be confident and professional, able to build warm professional relationships with clients and colleagues - communication is a key factor to success in this firm!
The firm are looking for candidates with strong technical skills, and an eye for detail. The work is precise but fast-paced so prioritization skills and time-management are essential.
