Description
The successful Residential Conveyancer will hold the following responsibilities:
Responsible for managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
The responsibilities will include freehold and leasehold, shared ownership and new build.
Manageable caseload sizes of between 50 and 70 files.
Profile
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have at least 2 years experience running their own case-load in Residential Conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.
