Litigated Tactical File Handler
Location: Bolton
This Top 50 Defendant firm is looking for a Litigated File Handler to join their highly regarded Complex Credit Hire team based in Bolton.
The role will require you to handle a caseload of litigated small and fast track cases in relation to credit hire, credit hire fraud liability investigations and bodily injury. A good understanding of the litigation process and an ability to use a CMS are desirable but not essential.
The team you'd be joining is the largest and long established department of its kind with over 200 members of staff in this department. The role will see you assisting insurers and brokers and you would be in a friendly, helpful and supportive atmosphere and the firm. Experience of litigation and handling credit hire files with evidence of managing your own caseload.
