Professional Indemnity Construction Associate - NQ to 5 PQE

Our client is a Top 100 law firm with an excellent reputation for its insurance work. They are currently seeking a construction lawyer to join its highly ranked construction insurance team in London.

The growing construction insurance team sits within the firms market leading insurance practice, and handles a broad range of Professional Indemnity Insurance matters, and advises on policy coverage and wordings, as well as on associated construction matters such as adjudication, disciplinary proceedings, arbitration and risk management. The team act on behalf of many of the UK's largest insurers, contractors and construction consultancies and other construction related professionals including engineers, architects, quantity surveyors and project managers.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, an attention to detail and an analytical mind. You should ideally have contentious. The role will suit someone who has previous contentious construction experience at a well-regarded practice. Previous insurance experience is beneficial, but not essential, but you will have a keen interest to move into this specialist area.

The workload is varied and you will have the opportunity to work on complex matters with values into the multi millions as well as being involved in client development initiatives.
