The Role

This highly regarded practice is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their Leeds office.

This firm is recognised for the UHNW and HNW individuals and Families client services. With a number of Legal 500, chambers and Partners and Spears 500 in their ranks you will be part of an award-winning Family team.

The team works across all areas of Contentious Probate work, representing (often HNW/UHNW) clients both in the UK and abroad. You will, therefore, be involved in working across a broad client base including; contesting validity of wills, inheritance disputes, will rectification, executor and trustee disputes and deputy investigations.

This role comes with excellent prospects for progression. You will have the opportunity to develop you own caseload as well as assisting on more complex cases with partners in the team.

Requirements

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor (3-6 years PQE)
• You should have excellent technical knowledge
• If you are coming from a commercial litigation background, you should have solid experience within contentious probate matters

Remuneration

• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience and Practice.
