Senior Commercial Legal Counsel opportunity based in the Buckinghamshire region (easily commutable from parts of Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and greater London areas) with hybrid working (50% remote/50% office based) arrangements on offer.
The Role
New Senior level Legal Counsel opportunity for a commercial counsel to join an existing In-House legal team. You will be supporting the business with legal advice in relation to commercial agreements and contracts, IP as well as data protection.
The role will involve:
- Reviewing, drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of contracts including supply, customer, cross border, framework and e-commerce contracts.
- Handling IP matters including negotiating and drafting IP licenses.
- Data Protection and GDPR
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE, ideally with an In-House background
- You will have comprehensive experience of general commercial contracts
- Working knowledge of intellectual property
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Base salary at: Base at £85,000 - £95,000 per annum plus car allowance (up to £6), bonus and benefits with hybrid working on offer (two to three days in the office).
