Exciting new Commercial Legal Counsel opportunity based in Milton Keynes with an renowned household name with hybrid working arrangements on offer.
The Role
New Commercial Legal Counsel opportunity to join an existing In-House legal team, you will be supporting the business with legal advice in relation to commercial agreements and contracts, specifically within Supply Chain, IT & Tech contracts (including SaaS) plus data protection and GDPR matters.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- You will have comprehensive experience of general commercial contracts specifically within IT and Technology contracts
- Be able to work autonomously
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Base salary at: Base at £80,000 - £95,000 per annum plus car allowance, bonus and benefits with hybrid working on offer (three days in the office).
