Clinical Negligence Solicitor 4 + PQE

We are working with an excellent clinical negligence team, who are based in Bristol in their search for a clinical negligence solicitor. This stellar defendant clinical negligence team are market leaders and are highly ranked for this type of work.

My client has an outstanding reputation not just locally in the region but nationally for its clinical and medical negligence work. The team are now seeking an experienced defendant clinical negligence solicitor with at least around 4 years+ of experience. You'll enjoy a variety of top quality and often cutting edge work - giving advice to healthcare organisations, in particular NHS clients, in inquests, court of protection matters, challenges to treatment decisions, health and safety and general clinical practice. You will need to have an understanding of mental health and mental capacity law and health and safety practice.
