Eastbourne, East Sussex
A High Street law firm established across East Sussex that deals with contentious and non-contentious law for a loyal client base is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Executive to be located at their Eastbourne office.
The role will involve managing your own caseload of transactions for clients across East Sussex that will include sale and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, remortages, newbuilds etc. You should consider yourself highly competent and be able to work without supervision. Individuals with existing knowledge of the local region's agents and referrers are of particular interest but a general enthusiasm for networking and marketing the department is highly sought after.
You will benefit from existing and experienced legal support to ensure you are able to concentrate on the key aspects of your role. This is a role with a great deal of autonomy and would be a good opportunity for anyone wishing to establish themselves further in local market.
