RTA Fraud Paralegal - Our client is looking for an ambitious paralegal with solid academics and ideally 6 months of fee earning experience who is looking to build a career in RTA Fraud.

- Previous Experience: Previous RTA Fraud, RTA or general personal injury litigation experience would be advantageous, but is not absolutely necessary.
A clear route to progress through the team
Any previous experience in general PI or RTA would be ideal. The team is interested in securing the right candidate - someone who is bright, willing to learn and wants to build their career at an outstanding firm.
The successful candidate will start by assisting more experienced fee earners. They will learn the technicalities of the role and slowly start to build their own caseload under supervision, before gradually being given more autonomy and responsibility. This is a role which has been specifically designed to start fee earners on their journey to becoming experienced lawyers.
You will also learn the fundamentals of case strategy whilst also gaining experience of the firms market-leading legal tech which underpins their service offering.
