Commercial Property Team Leader - Cardiff

Excellent opportunity for a for a highly motivated individual to join the Social Housing team within the commercial property department of a leading Welsh firm in Cardiff.

Based centrally in stunning purpose built offices close to Cardiff central the role involves acting on behalf of leading housing association clients, and managing an established team of four. You will need to be highly organized, have an ability to work under pressure and have good interpersonal skills.

You will work closely with the commercial property team who deal with site acquisitions and you will have your own caseload. You will need to deal with site set up, replies to enquiries, ensure matters are progressed rapidly to exchange and completion, regularly update clients and support junior members of the team.

To apply for this role you must have relevant plot sales experience.
