Dispute Resolution Solicitor – This is an exciting opportunity to join a large and progressive Legal 500 firm. Our clients, a leading regional law firm with several offices across the Southeast have asked us to find them an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to support and assist the growth of their Litigation department.
About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who wishes to join a leading Dispute Resolution team and develop their career working alongside the Head of Department and other senior figures. You will manage your own caseload of director disputes, commercial contract disputes, insolvency litigation, construction, contested probate and property litigation. As well as this you will assist the Partners on more complex matters and advise junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 years PQE and excellent knowledge of commercial and private client dispute resolution work. You will need to deliver high-quality advice, have excellent communication skills, drafting and negotiation skills and a desire to play a key role in the further development of the team. A proven track record in marketing and involvement in business development and networking activities are essential.
