The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The Commercial Litigation team act for a broad range of national corporates, regional SMEs and manager-owned businesses across a number of sectors such as retail, hospitality and IT
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of commercial disputes, including corporate & shareholder disputes, outsourcing & supply chain contract litigation and financial disputes
• As a Senior Associate, you will also be actively involved in marketing activities alongside supporting the development of the junior members of the team
• This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda - the firm are succession planning and keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers, providing you with the platform for future partnership

The Ideal Candidate:

• An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
