Real Estate Development Partner
Excellent opening for a Real Estate Development Partner in Bristol. My client is a top 100 firm with an increasingly national reputation.
As a result of ongoing success and client wins, my client is now looking to recruit a dynamic leader and technically strong Real Estate Development Partner to join the firm and head up the team.
This Real Estate team works across a number of sectors offering a depth of expertise in a variety of areas including property development, investment & finance, property tax, leasehold management and social housing. You will enjoy an interesting range of high quality work for commercial clients, many of which are household names.
You should ideally be a partner already or possibly a strong managing associate with a leading regional, national or City law firm. You will need development client contacts and be well-known for your expertise in this area. There is plenty of work in the team but it is essential you are able to demonstrate the qualities needed to lead a team and drive the practice forwards.
