Company Secretarial Paralegal

We are working with an international law firm who are looking for a Company Secretarial Paralegal to join their team in London.

This role would suit an individual with c. 1 year CoSec experience, who is interested in also working within a large corporate department. It is essential that you have experience using Blueprint to be successful in this role as well as experience with company incorporations, statutory registers and the appointment and removal of directors

This person would also be expected to have some legal knowledge/experience and be able to
draft and amend documents, assisting the Professional Support Lawyer on day-to-day tasks, and
taking on paralegal type duties.

This is a great hybrid role for someone who is keen to utilise both their CoSec and Legal skills in a large corporate team.
