The Role:

As the new Commercial Litigation Associate, you will:

  • Conduct a range of interesting work, including contract disputes, reputation management, and professional negligence among a broad range of matters

Requirements & Candidate:

To succeed as the new Commercial Litigation Associate, you must have: 

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral)
  • Experience in working in commercial litigation and dealing with a variety of claims
  • First-rate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks set within a timeframe
  • A flexible approach towards the implementation of new initiatives
  • Exceptional IT skills that include Word and Outlook
  • A technically excellent and commercially aware mind, with an enthusiasm for business development
