The Role:
As the new Commercial Litigation Associate, you will:

Requirements & Candidate:
To succeed as the new Commercial Litigation Associate, you must have:
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Experience in working in commercial litigation and dealing with a variety of claims
- First-rate organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks set within a timeframe
- A flexible approach towards the implementation of new initiatives
- Exceptional IT skills that include Word and Outlook
- A technically excellent and commercially aware mind, with an enthusiasm for business development
