Industrial disease Paralegal / Litigation Executive / Fee Earner - An industrial disease fee earner with particular pre-litigated NIHL experience is sought by this specialist team, whose key client is the UK Ministry of Defence ("MOD").

The national industrial disease team of this top 50 law firm advises on a full range of occupational health matters including long-tail and short tail cases everything from NIHL and HAVS to mesothelioma cases.
The MOD is a stellar client within this practice area and instructs our client on a wide range of industrial disease matters. This role forms part of an ongoing project to build a dynamic team around this key client.
Candidate attributes
Applicants should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven experience in industrial disease work - especially pre-litigated NIHL
- Ideally defendant experience, though claimant experience will be considered
- A professional, focused approach to their work; and
- A genuine enthusiasm for this particular area of industrial disease work.
