An exciting opportunity for a Senior Derivatives Lawyer has arisen to work in the legal team of a top investment bank based in London.
The purpose of the role is to support the bank’s Fixed Income and Currencies business and involves drafting, reviewing and negotiating relevant documentation across asset classes. Legal support includes fixed income asset classes, cash, repo, OTC derivatives, swaps, credit- and FX-notes.
The ideal candidate is a qualified solicitor with prior experience in Equity Derivatives, Exchange Traded Products, Repos, Debt Capitals Markets, Master Agreements or similar documentation and relevant regulations, such as MiFID II/EMIR/Dodd Frank. Prior Emerging markets experience would be a real asset.
