As a professional indemnity solicitor / chartered legal executive will be acting for a number of large and high-profile insurer clients and their insureds, defending court proceedings in the High Court and County Court as well as disciplinary proceedings.
Ideally you will have experience of defending professional negligence claims, but certainly with experience of complex commercial litigation. You will need to demonstrate an understanding of key principles required in dispute resolution and assist on disciplinary proceedings.
