Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Helston
£35,000 - £50,000 DOE
Excellent opportunity for a residential conveyancer of 1+ PQE to join this well-established law firm in Helston.
You will be joining a small but well serviced law firm. If you are looking to work closer to home and avoid a commute, then this might be just the role for you.
The role will involve handling a wide range of residential property matters from initial instruction to post completion. You will be expected to handle a busy caseload of a mix of residential conveyancing matters, including but not limited to, sales and purchases, first registrations, shared ownership, re-mortgages, buy-to-lets, and help-to-buy transactions.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision and demonstrate proven experience of working as part of a conveyancing team.
Whilst not essential, experience in advising in commercial conveyancing matters (including agricultural land) is desired.
Market rate salary is on offer dependant on experience.
