Commercial Property Solicitor/FCILEx - Dorking - £40,000 - £60,000
This is a great opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor/FCILEx with a minimum of 5 years' PQE to join a Legal 500 and Chambers rated full-service law firm in Surrey.
The department acts for a range of clients with property in the UK and overseas, including developers, land owners, investors and pension funds dealing with; disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant, drafting leases and acting for both lender and borrower in commercial financing and re-financing matters.
