Residential Property Solicitor / Legal Exec / Licensed Conveyancer - 5 Year experience - Somerset
A very exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor with a solid grounding in Residential Property matters behind them, to establish an excellent future career within an independent boutique firm in the area.
You should have a good range of Residential Property experience gained and be confident to run your own case load including high value transactions. The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of matters to include sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity. Experience within no-residential property would be advantageous but no essential.
You should be a very professional team player, with good networking and client facing skills, and keen to help maintain the firm's excellent reputation.
