THE ROLE
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor c 2 - 6 PQE with a regulatory background to join a well established in house legal function
Core work areas will cover :-
Advising on legal and regulatory issues; Payments, e-money, FCA Consumer Hire requirements and data protection
Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
Providing regulatory input to commercial agreements and negotiating agreements as required.
Attending management and risk meetings as required.
Horizon scanning and reviewing changes and developments in the law and relevant regulations and assessing their impact on the business.
SKILLS
You will be a qualified Solicitor 2 + PQE with experience of working in a FCA regulated business advising on FCA regulatory matters
You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with and advise various internal clients at differing levels of seniority.
Hybrid working arrangements will be available
