Legal Counsel- Property Solicitor
Contract role of up to 12 months
Urgent requirement for a Senior Property Lawyer to join a specialist development and projects team of a growing company.
Our clients are seeking significant experience, particularly in the development sector, working from site acquisition and negotiations with landowners, through the development stage to disposals. Experience with greenfield and brownfield sites is useful and experience with energy and IT aspects in transactions is beneficial.
