Costs Negotiator / Draftsperson - A leading costs team, based in Liverpool, is looking for an experienced costs fee earner to strengthen the costs department. The role will encompass a broad range of costs work from RTA and EL/PL (including complex injury) to other areas such as professional indemnity and clinical negligence.

• Previous Experience: Experience of defendant costs work would be ideal especially experience of EL/PL and RTA costs related work.

Nature of the work

This is an established team based in the heart of Liverpool, though offering hybrid / flexible working. The department works on costs files from all manner of client including major insurers and corporate entities particularly in the leisure and retail sectors. The team also undertakes a good deal of public sector work. The work ranges from fast track to multi track and large loss matters, offering the candidate real scope to develop their experience.

There are also opportunities to progress to team leading and operational roles within the department. The pace of growth means that opportunities to develop and take a step up are numerous.
