About the Commercial Litigation Solicitor role: 

• You will be expected to deal with a broad range of commercial litigation disputes from corporate litigation to partner disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence and property disputes on behalf of both blue chip companies and SME's.
• You will be expected to manage your own caseload of complex matters, initially under supervision, before then progressing on to dealing with your own £multi-million and international commercial litigation matters.
• You will have to opportunities to progress your career with a clear pathway from Associate to Senior Associate, Legal Director & Partner. 
• The work quality that is second to none in a comfortable environment, flexible working and a city centre location
• This team are Tier 2 Legal 500 listed and have a fantastic work/life balance with staff being the most satisfied with their work/life balance in UK private practice.

To be considered for this Commercial Litigation Solicitor role: 

•  0 - 8 Year PQE dealing with a broad range of litigation matters, preferably within strong environment with complex work.
• those above that bracket will also be considered as this firm have a substantial amount of work and are always ready to consider high quality applications
• Ideally you will will be a commercial litigation solicitor with experience in a Legal 500 environment.
