The Role

This Top 200 firm are looking for a Banking Solicitor (non-contentious) to join their stand out office in the City of London.

The Banking & Finance department work closely with the firms Real Estate, Private Wealth and Corporate Tax departments.

The department has expertise in; Secured & Structured Lending, Acquisitions and Leveraged Debt, Securitisations Structures, Asset Finance, Debt Structuring, Funds, Swaps & other Derivatives. They act for Borrowers, Lenders and Funders in all types of Financial transactions.

You will join a highly experienced, Legal 500 tier department. The team are professional, friendly, supportive, and strong business generators. With the growth within the department, you will have excellent prospects, you will work side on side with industry leaders, giving you a platform to rise to the top.

Requirements:

  • You will be a non-contentious Banking Solicitor 3-5 years PQE
  • You will have first class interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid client relationships
  • You will be able to manage a busy case load

  • The firm pays above market rate, and the overall package will be dependent on experience
  • Excellent training, investment and development of staff
