Your new role
You will be working in the highly regarded developer sector within the wider Real Estate Team. You will be working with leading affordable housing developers. Your work will involve acting for registered providers and developers in the acquisition and disposal of land for affordable housing development, working collaboratively with our Conveyancing Services team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
- Experience working at a senior level within Affordable Housing or regulated housing development team
- Self Motivated
- Strong Business Developer
