A modern and progressive firm in Horsham with an outstanding reputation seek a NQ - 3 years PQE Family Solicitor/ FCILEX to join their family team.

The family team are headed by an ambitious lawyer who commenced their career in a highly regarded and directory ranked team. They now intend to achieve recognition for their own team and given the quality of the work they are undertaking this will certainly be acheived soon.

The role will see you support two senior lawyers with their caseload whilst given responsibility for running a smaller caseload of your own with appropriate supervision. This firm will expose you to an excellent quality of work and enable you to develop your skills and move towards having responsibility for your own, full caseload in the future.

Work undertaken will include a broad range of privately funded work consisting of divorce, financial matters, TOLATA, pre and post-nuptial agreements and private law children matters, the area is affluent and typical clients reflects this.

This role will suit an NQ or recently qualified family lawyer with broad experienced in privately funded family work. As a minimum you will have undertaken a family seat in a specialist family team and have the drive and desire to succeed in a competitive industry.
