Residential Lawyer - An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading top tier law firm based in Worcestershire are looking to appoint a Residential Lawyer into their team.

JOB TITLE: Residential Lawyer
LOCATION: Worcestershire
SALARY: £DOE + benefit package

THE ROLE:
The appointed Residential Lawyer will manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to completion. Your caseload will include sale and purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions. You will be required to liaise directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will be an experienced Residential Lawyer who has experience handling their own caseload effectively. You will be target driven, hardworking and commercially astute, offering a practical and organised approach.
